Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signed Between PT LAPI ITB with PT Netsindo and PT Laluasa Cipta Asia - January 13, 2021

Bandung, Tuesday, January 12, 2021, PT LAPI ITB, PT Netsindo, and PT Laluasa Cipta Asia signed Memorandum of Understanding of SCFS Development Program. PT LAPI ITB is represented by Mr. Yusmar Anggadinata as the Chairman of PT LAPI ITB, PT Netsindo is represented by Mr. Endy Chandra as the Director of PT Netsindo Intermedia Etrade and Mr. Bayu Bagja Ferdian as the Director of PT Laluasa Cipta Asia. The objective of the Memorandum of Understanding is for collaborative support of the business activities with mutual cooperation principle. PT LAPI ITB supports on a preparation and development of Supply Chain Financing System (SCFS) business model and providing a support as an integrator business and service the network of PT LAPI ITB. All parties agree to cooperate on the SCFS development.
