PT LAPI ITB shares IDR 10 Billion as Dividend

PT LAPI ITB held an Annual GMS (AGMS) for the fiscal year 2022 and shareholders approved the company's management's proposal to distribute 100% of the company's net profit or equivalent to IDR 10.03 billion as cash dividends to shareholders (20/03/2023).

BPUDL appreciates the performance of PT LAPI throughout 2022 which managed to record an increase in net profit of 11.8% year on year (yoy) with the company's total assets growing to IDR 109.86 billion.
